I used to preform to be liked, loved, accepted, and feel worthy. The Journey of the Feminine has opened my eyes to a new way of being. I no longer need to preform, and I don’t mean on stage. I mean I choose to be the authentic me. Being on the feminine journey of embodiment means cutting away the illusions, the fantasy, the delusions, it also means stepping up and facing my shadow and owning what is mine. I’ve learned to be graceful, with myself, I’ve learned to be in touch with my body. Connecting to the sensations and emotions that my body is communicating with me. Listening to my womb, allowing her to express her sorrows, her grief, her sadness, her anger, her rage her disappointment, and also her joy her pleasure her wonder her flow. Our womb waits for us to pay attention. Our body our womb, is waiting for us to reclaim our sovereignty so we can connect with the Creatrix , the Oracle, and the Alchemist inside. When she calls you, you logically don’t know why you must go. Your body knows, your body feels the connection with her. And so you go, you follow your heart. What if I told you that the Earth has chakras too. Not only does she have chakras but she also has ley lines (dragon lines) similar to what we call in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) - meridians. At the intersection of the points most often than not, you’ll find sacred sites, temples, natural formations, vortexes. The ley lines are energy pathways of the Earth (Gaia). These points have an immense amount of energy, often times allowing for a balancing of energies to occur within you and her. When we connect to these sites either physically or through our “imagination” we create a connection, that allows us to clear away energetic debris. Little did I know in 2008 when I went to Machu Picchu, Peru I was being initiated into a type of grid work. While I was there I remember so vividly how I connected to the energy thru my hands. Greece in 2011 prepared me for a gain/loss, that would later be revealed. 2012 took me to Tikal, Guatemala a gift from my Abuelita. Guatemala interestingly flanks my Motherhood journey, preparing me for another initiation. Miami, near where I live- to the Coral Castle I believe I was supposed to anchor the energy from Guatemala. 2020 I traveled back to Guatemala, recovering from another loss. Healing my maternal/ancestral line. And this is where my womb work began, again I didn’t know it at the time. One of my most recent trips took me to Egypt, a gift from the universe, I didn’t even know I was going until about 3 weeks before the trip. So much clearing and balancing happened here, I’ll have to save this one for another post. I did receive a huge clearing and yet another initiation. My latest to Honduras in la Tigra park, I intuited the night before that I would be moving energy. And the energy there moved me. More in comments.

I recently got to experience more love in my life. Life took me on a little journey to witness my friend’s wedding. My heart forever changed. I can say I came back with a new appreciation of what it is to allow more love in. I got to witness love not only romantically but also how it shows up for us through family and friends. I got to deepen friendships. My friend’s wedding was not only a blessing to me, to be in full presence , it was a sacred mirror of love showing up in different ways. On the first day in Honduras there was a little girl who caught a pigeon just in front of me, she came to me out of all the people that were there and let me pet the bird. To me it was a sign from God, the universe, (insert whatever name you use), of the return to innocence. The innocence, peace, and love our soul knows. When we can take in the sacred moment of now, it opens the pathways to appreciation. A year ago the worst pain I have ever felt, the betrayals compounded over a life time. My last partner broke me open. The people and family I thought were by my side also betrayed me or couldn’t hold me. My brain couldn’t tell the difference between what I was experiencing and an actual threat. My brain was flooded with cortisol, I was hyper vigilant, all the alarms sounding off in my brain all at once, my system was hijacked by survival (fight, flight, freeze) all at once. In Betrayal Trauma Theory - the Nervous System dissociates. The trauma feels deeper, because this violation is not just a one off shock, it’s a multi layered. The trauma, impaired my cognition, creating brain fog, I blanked out often, decision, or analysis, paralysis, memory lapses. I was truly in a neurological state of overwhelmed. I cried all the time, snapped at my children, couldn’t brace myself. The betrayal shattered my core belief system. I had nowhere else to go, no more running, no more hiding, I had to learn to stay with myself, I had no one to turn to but to God/Goddess and myself. This was yet another initiation. What’s the difference between a shadow or an entity? A persons shadow may draw you in, there maybe a sense of entanglement, and maybe even the sense of rescuing. An entity will leave you feeling drained or confused. A shadow may feel karmic or familiar. An entity will try to hide in the person, try to hook into you, come at you in your dreams space or heart womb space. A shadow still feels like the person, even if they are a little bit distorted. And entity feels cold, unfamiliar, or like you don’t even know them.
I found that the tricky part for me was that I saw glimpses of the person and his wounds, but his addictions kept his heart center closed off and in his mind. Anything can be an addiction done out of balance. DM if you need help clearing your energy.

just a reminder to come back to center. Now that we left the watery season of cancer and are in Leo season. We can leave behind the watery depths of Cancer, and begin to shine forward in Leo. We are in mercury retrograde so we maybe revisiting things from the past, encounter delays, patience is the key, it all works out in the long run. We also just entered Lion’s Gate portal which peaks on 8/8. This is when our sun aligns with Sirius (our spiritual sun). Now is a good time to get heart centered (like the Royal Lion) and come into alignment in order to manifest your hearts desires. Leo season is represented by the Lion, and doubly in the Lion’s Gate by Sirian White Lion Collective. The ancient Egyptians were attuned to celestial wisdom. This was a time that marked the flooding of the Nile and therefore a sacred moment where we reflect on rebirth, abundance, and renewal. For the Egyptians, Sirius was a connected to divine consciousness. Goddess Isis was closely associated with Sirius as she was the Goddess of healing, rebirth, and magic. The White Lions were star beings venerated by The South African Elders, as they were guardians of higher consciousness and keepers of ancient wisdom. Egyptians encoded their temples with Sirius all pointed to the divine wisdom we all carry within. A reminder to reclaim our royal sovereignty and our sacred connection to the Earth and the stars. Vulnerable Post. Healing isn’t linear it’s spiral. Thru this feminine journey I’ve learned that my tears are sacred, cleansing, and freeing. Slow down and breathe. Overwhelm is just your ungrounded energy, when you are feeling at capacity, burned out, or anxious. Whenever I feel like any of those things 👆, I dump them on a list. I make space in my mind. I get to see the visual list, being completed, checked off my list. Which feels good rather than telling myself I’m behind or there is t enough time, blah blah, blah. And when it’s all in your head you don’t see the evidence of everything you do. I ground myself in the moment and breathe into my body. This practice reassures my nervous system that I Am safe, and I can release some built up tension. Once I feel present I begin with small short tasks, this creates positive momentum and restores agency. In this case positive self talk is helpful. Woman’s Circle- Today is the day! The last time I was a part of one was back in early April. That’s hard to believe. Here is a little info for today. DM me for 📍location. We’ll go with the flow, here’s a little outline.

6:30-7 Sharing circle and cacao ritual
7-7:45 somatic movement practice
7:45-8 close circle
8 share snacks jump in for a swim if you wish.

🌹What to bring: wear comfy clothes to move in. Bring your feminine flirty energy whether that’s something that you wear or an energy that you own.

📔A journal.
🐚And something for the altar like a crystal, flowers, seashells. Some we will leave with the ocean and others we will place on the altar to charge during our ceremony.

The things people don’t tell you about about motherhood. Becoming a mom and loving your baby. Recently I read a post about that new mothers who had to survive most of their life or during pregnancy were likely to take a little longer to bond with their babies. Let’s be open society expects new moms to have it all figured out starting on day 1. And we are doing our best to show up for ourselves to be the best version that, that baby needs us to be. It takes courage to contemplate, self reflect, and sit with ourselves when we’re in the process of transition in any area of our lives, and it’s not any different when it comes to motherhood. It takes boldness to look at ourselves and discard versions of ourselves we thought we were, or needed to be to survive. Becoming a mother has been one of my greatest initiations and reasons I am asked to witness myself. I am often reminded by my children and through their reflection, to come back to my heart, to be present, to slow down, to check-in and to see where my consciousness needs to shift to break a pattern/belief/behavior. We are the cycle breakers, the womb holders, life givers, and we are the protectors of the children (our innerchild included), and it’s time to celebrate the miracles that we are and the miracles that we create. #wombmanhood #motherhood #motherhoodinitiation #momlovesherself #momlovesherkids #spirtualinsight #authenticity

Being a mom or even being a new mom isn’t easy. Here’s your permission slip to ask for help. You’re not a failure if you feel you can’t do it all. Ask for help if you have the support. And if you don’t take the time to slow down and rest. The dishes will be there, and so will the dirty floor. Slow down be present with yourself and child(ren) and take care of yourself, take naps, eat healthy fresh foods (I know when we’re sleep deprived our bodies go for the comfort food. and drink lots of water. Remember this too shall pass, and you want to remember it being a time that you were rooted in your presence. Being a mom is what helped me put my spiritual practices to actual use. How? I had this in my drafts for a while, I hadn’t shared because it’s a little vulnerable. I remind myself this practice isn’t about what it looks like rather how I allow my body to guide me. I allow myself to be in flow and just move. I move to move the energy in me. I move to move the blocks. I move to let the emotions run thru me. I connect to source in this way. I have a remembrance that our ancestors passed this sacred movement to us. They passed on gifts. In order to stay at balanced I routinely practice a morning somatic practice and breathing meditation. For me it starts my day on the right foot. When I don’t do my typical practice or morning meditation my day is off. I practice outside typically at around 5am Monday thru Friday. As a single mom of two that is my quiet time. Not everyday looks the same, some days I have more energy than others and on those days I practice some like shown here Guan Jing Method. On slower days I gently stretch and slowly make my way to more movement. Whatever the practice is, it ends with a meditation practice of at least 10 minutes. On weekends my practice looks a little different. Remember the point is not to be rigid, but rather flexible in mind, body, and spirit. I personally need the movement it clears the mental chatter, and soothes my nervous system. And being outside elevates the experience.
